Taylor’s Auctioneers: Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR FIRST-TIME BIDDERS
📞 First-time bidders must call 306-921-9874 before they are allowed to bid.
Fees

- 10% Buyer’s Premium applies to all items, capped at a maximum of $500 per lot.Please note the buyer's fee is pst and gst applicable.

Example:
- Winning bid of $50: Buyer pays $55 (plus applicable taxes).
- Winning bid of $8,500: Buyer pays $500 Buyer’s Premium (maximum) for a total of $9,000 (plus applicable taxes)

Storage Fees are applicable if purchases are not removed within 7 Days. The storage rates are set by Taylor's Auctioneers Ltd. If arrangements are made for a delayed pick up, no fees will be applied.

Taxes will be charged where applicable. GST 5%, Sask PST 6%.
Bidding & Sales
- The highest bidder is the purchaser. No bid retractions are allowed. All sales are final.
- Firearms and ammunition will only be sold to Canadian residents with a valid PAL (Possession and Acquisition License).
Payment Terms
- Payment Deadline: Must be made within 3 days of auction closing.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- E-transfer, cash, debit, approved cheque, bank draft, bank wire transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.
- Credit Card Payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee on the total amount.
- Taxes: All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Item Removal
- Items must be removed by the specified time announced by the Auctioneer.
- DUE TO GEOGRAPHY, SHIPPING IS NOT AN OPTION
Failure to Remove:
- Items not removed within 7 days will be deemed abandoned.
- The Auctioneer reserves the right to dispose of abandoned items without notice or compensation.
- Alternatively, a $10 per lot, per day storage fee will apply.
Item Condition
- All items are sold “as is, where is”, with no guarantees expressed or implied.
- Inspection: Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. Bidding without inspection is entirely at the bidder’s risk.
Tampering & Conduct
- Tampering with or removing parts from any lot is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be permanently banned from future auctions and may face legal action.
All descriptions are intended as a guide only. Taylor's Auctioneers makes no guarantees regarding the condition of any item. We strongly recommend visiting the auction yard or appointing a representative to inspect the asset and satisfy yourself as to its condition.
At Taylor's Auctioneers, we strive to represent and describe items in a fair and transparent manner.

Sales are final; no transactions will be rescinded or refunded due to defects or inaccuracies in listings.

All listings serve as a guide based on information provided by consignors and sources deemed reliable by Taylor's Auctioneers, though we cannot guarantee their accuracy.

Bidding without physical inspection of items is entirely at the bidder's risk.

- Live Sale Tip: Ensure you are in the Live Sale and not your Watchlist when the clock is counting down. Watchlist may not refresh quickly enough.
